This'll look better soon, but for now it works well enough - just don't close this window whilst your file is uploading.
There is no way of measuring upload speed with Actionscript 3 - which sucks! It's therefore pretty normal for this thing to tick along until it's done. You'll receive confirmation when the server has the file stored safely. Maximum file size in theory is about 100MB, try it at your own risk!
